The Model 500 is our most compact model at 40cm x 20cm x 30cm, weighing 18kg makes it easy to move around your workshop.
The ideal use is for small-scale jewellery and repair studios. The Model 500 is also used in foundries for wax models and sprueing .
it can be used for small-scale flame polishing on max 5m thickness acrylic.
This 240V model is available with a UK and EU plug.
A 110v version is also available, see LM135-110v
The model 500 supports a tip range from the Maximum tip size LM120 - LM127
The model 500 is a single operator system only.
300gms of 95% purity potassium hydroxide is needed for set up of this machine. see data sheet.
All new Aquaflame machines come with a 2-year warranty.
Servicing is also available and recommended after 4000 working hours or every 2 years, whichever comes first.
